Returns and Cancellation Policy

SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping on all orders including subscriptions and one-time purchase orders (this excludes taxes, promo codes, and reward codes). Incase of International orders or delivery, shipping cost will be included depending upon the location.

We process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Orders are fulfilled and shipped out the next business day, between Monday through Friday, not including holidays.

Orders with standard shipping take approximately 4-5 business days from the time it ships to arrive at its final destination.

We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.


RETURNS

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, simply send us an email at support@pinkanee.com within 30 days from the date of your purchase. Our customer service team will assist you personally.

*Pink Anee does not accept partial returns for Value Packs, Sets, Gift Sets.

If you receive a damaged item, please email support@pinkanee.com with your order number, full name and an image of the damaged item and we will be more than happy to help resolve the issue for you.


REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item/ items are mismatched or missing so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You can contact us at support@pinkanee.com at the earliest with your order number, full name and an image of such item and we will be more than happy to help resolve the issue for you.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Incase of exchange due to variant mistake from us then you can provide photograph proof in mail and return the item received.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


PRODUCT CANCELLATION POLICY

If you want to cancel your order, you just need to drop an email to support@pinkanee.com. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation of your order in 24-48 business hours. The money will be refunded as per the payment mode within 6-8 working days of the confirmation. Please note that orders that have already been shipped from our side cannot be cancelled.

In case you do not receive your refunds within 6-8 working days, please drop an email at support@pinkanee.com and we will sort out the issue. Rest assured, the money will be refunded to you.
